- Low Season: From October 1st to April 30th
- Mid-Season: From May 1st to June 30th - from September 14th to 30th
- High Season*: From July 1st to September 14th - from August 22nd to 31st
- Very high season: From August 8th to 21st
* including holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter etc.

Booking conditions and cancellation policy
To book one or more rooms, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. We’ll be happy to provide you with the IBAN code to proceed with the operation.
The balance will be paid in full at the time of check-in. We accept cash, wire transfers or payments on pre-paid cards.
Reservation or cancellation of a reservation can be made by telephone or e-mail.
In case of cancellation of the booking communicated 7 or more days before the beginning of the stay, the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellation of the booking communicated less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Tourist tax: 2,5 euro per day per person.
